Ladytron

I had no idea how popular this band was. Then again nobody I talked to at the club did either. I actually called up earlier to find out if they were playing in the Red Room or the Blue Room thinking that if it was Red I wouldn't even bother. But Blue it was and with good reason, they filled the place up. I read on Allumusic later that night a description of the band that cracked me up in a way. "..a teasing glimpse of how Britney Spears might have sounded, had she been born in the GDR and a heroin addict."

As for shooting, well it was nigh impossible, no photo pit, fog machine, dense crowd and every concievable angle blocked by something. Even my side stage sure things were blocked by strobes and other assundry equipment. Lighting was low and red except for occasional blinding white light from the afformentioned strobes. No art was created by me this night. I was lucky to get a few semi clear shots to record the event. Other than that.. I got jack.
